Our Mission

Close the gap between pet owners and the information they need.

Pets can't tell us when something is wrong. We built Vetlio so their owners can.

The problem we're solving

Every year, millions of pet owners receive blood work results they don't fully understand. The vet appointment is 20 minutes long. The results are dense. And by the time you're home, you can't remember half of what was said.

So you do what everyone does: you Google it. And suddenly a mildly elevated BUN looks like kidney failure, and a number that's barely outside the reference range has you convinced something is terribly wrong.

We built Vetlio because pet owners deserve better than generic search results. They deserve calm, personalized context - the kind a knowledgeable friend would give you, not a results page designed to scare you into clicking.

“A well-informed pet owner is a better advocate. Better advocates lead to better outcomes.”

Our approach

Vetlio is not a diagnostic tool. We are not replacing your veterinarian - we're helping you show up to your appointments better prepared. Every report we generate is framed as a starting point for a conversation, not a conclusion.

We use species-specific reference ranges, account for age and breed context where available, and deliberately avoid alarmist language. If something is worth discussing, we'll say so clearly and calmly. If everything looks good, we'll tell you that too.

Our commitments

We will never use fear to keep you engaged.

We will always recommend consulting your veterinarian.

We will keep your data private and never sell it.

We will continue improving our models as veterinary science evolves.

We will remain honest about what AI can and cannot do.
