Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Agreement

By using Vetlio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We've kept these as plain and readable as possible.

What Vetlio is (and isn't)

Vetlio provides AI-powered explanations and educational insights based on pet blood work results to help pet owners better understand laboratory findings and prepare for discussions with their veterinarian. Vetlio is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before making decisions about your pet's health. Do not delay seeking veterinary care based on anything you read in Vetlio. Vetlio is not intended for use in emergencies. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

Beta service

Vetlio is an evolving service and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You may only use Vetlio for your own pets or pets in your care.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: • Upload content that isn't related to pet health • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service • Share your account with others • Use Vetlio for any commercial purpose without our written permission • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Vetlio's analysis outputs

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Your data

You own your data. By uploading blood work to Vetlio you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Disclaimer of warranties

Vetlio is provided "as is." Vetlio uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries and observations. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or incorrect interpretations of laboratory data. We make no guarantees that the analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Blood work interpretation is complex and context-dependent. Results should always be reviewed with a licensed veterinarian.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetlio, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service. Use Vetlio as one input among many, not as your sole source of guidance.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of Vetlio at any time. We'll do our best to give advance notice for significant changes.
